Ron Lichtenstein, M.D.

Dr. Lichtenstein is a board certified OB/GYN physician, who has been delivering exceptional care and expertise to patients for over a decade. His recent appearance on TLC’s “Maternity Ward” showcased his patient rapport and his waiting room is a testament to word of mouth. Often sisters or cousins or neighbors come in together to see the Doctor!
Graduating from University of Southern California medical school, Dr. Lichtenstein completed his residency at New York Medical College and Our Lady of Mercy Hospital. To help provide expert care, he speaks multiple languages including, Spanish, German and Hebrew.

Dr. Lichtenstein is also available for Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery, including labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and hymen repair.

Nanette Guadiana, N.P.

Nan became a member of Dr. Lichtenstein’s staff in 2002. She provides service to women in the Valley as an advocate in family planning and fertility control, plus a focus in health promotion and maintenance. Nan is happy to be working with a terrific staff and wonderful patients.

Carmen Simpson,P.A - C

Carmen joined the staff of Dr. Lichtenstein’s office in 2006, bringing her wide range of knowledge in patient care and health maintenance. She has been a Physician’s Assistant – Certified since 2002 and has worked in family health clinics in the Central Valley. Carmen has enjoyed using her skills in women’s healthcare to the patients of Dr. Lichtenstein’s office and looks forward to helping more women in the future.

Maria Lascuna , FNP  

Maria joined Dr. Lichtenstein's practice in fall 2007.  She has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner since 2000 and has worked in various practices and hospitals in Fresno.  She spent time traveling as a nurse through Western Europe caring for chronically ill patients.  Now Maria's special skills are applied to the patients of Dr. Lichtenstein's practice.  She welcomes the opportunity to care for women in such a busy and varied office.

Debbie Reactor , N.P.

Debbie Rector, NP, joined Dr. Lichtenstein’s staff in 2009, and has been a practicing health provider in the Valley for several years.  With vast experience in women’s healthcare, and focus on preventative education, Debbie is a great asset to the office.  She is delighted to meet with all of Dr. Lichtenstein’s past, current and new patients as a member of their health care team! 

Lee Vang, FNP  

Since joining Dr. Lichtenstein's staff in October of 2007, Lee has taken an active interest in being able to work closely with her patients to facilitate good health for women and their babies.  She earned her Nurse Practitioner credential through CSU, Fresno and has worked in nursing in most of Fresno's hospitals. 

Nickol Mendez, PA-C  

Nickol is a happy addition to Dr. Lichtenstein’s office since 2009.  Her previous experience in family practice and her two years of service as a midwife in Yemen village clinics gives her a great background for private practice.  Nickol is most excited about serving the needs of women in an efficient and caring manner.

Cathy Birchall, PA-C  

Cathy joined the team at Dr.Lichtenstein’s office in 2009.  With previous experience in family practice, orthopedics and gynecology, she brings many skills to the service of patients.  Cathy is a skilled and welcome addition to Dr. Lichtenstein’s staff.
