Harold F. Grooms, M.D. 

Dr. Grooms is a board certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician, delivering babies and giving women excellent medical care in Fresno for more than 24 years. Along with his exceptional experience, Dr. Grooms is committed to his continuing education and is very knowledgeable in the latest surgical techniques and women’s health care options. Dr. Grooms' has vast experience in high risk obstetrics.

Dr. Grooms’ is also certified in a new hysterectomy technique called LSH that promises a faster recovery time, 2 weeks instead of 6-8 weeks, with less pain.

He also specializes in OB care and advanced surgical procedures including, vaginal repair surgeries to repair prolapse and urinary incontinence, laparoscopic surgeries and minimally invasive surgeries for dysfunctional uterine bleeding and sterilization procedures.

Recently Dr. Grooms was featured on TLC’s “Maternity Ward” show, which has been broadcast nationwide numerous times. Originally from Georgia, Dr. Grooms graduated from medical school from the University of Pittsburgh and trained as a resident at Bethesda hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Jeanette Moore, N.P.

Jeanette Moore, N.P., has returned to Dr. Grooms’ practice after working in women’s healthcare out of state.  A steady fixture in the office from 1996 through 2003, we are thrilled she is back in the Valley!  Her expert skills in comprehensive well woman exams and her calm, trustworthy care make Jeanette a favorite with all her patients.

Jaylene Osena, N.P.

joined Dr. Grooms’ practice in 2010.  Jaylene has experience in nursing through her work in patient care at a local hospital.  She has been a wonderful care taker in women’s health for Dr. Grooms’ patients.  Her enthusiasm and skill have allowed her to bond with her patients
