Virginia Fonte, M.D.

Dr. Fonte is a legend at Community Medical Center-Fresno. Greeting all new babies born under her expertise with an exuberant “Happy Birthday!” it was obvious on a recent episode of TLC’s “Maternity Ward” that she revels in the joy of new parents and their families.
Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Fonte finished her Medical School training at the University of Santo Tomas. She completed her residency at St. Michael Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Fonte has been practicing in Fresno for over 20 years and is a founding partner of Omni Women’s Health.

Dr Lee , M.D.

Dr Lee is board certified in Ob-Gyn. She greets each of her patients with a warm smile and a cheerful hello.  She is a graduate of UC Davis' medical school and was happy to return to her hometown to do her residency at the UC San Francisco-Fresno campus.  A 2007 graduate , Dr. Lee is the first Hmong, female, OB-GYN in Fresno County.  Because she is fluent in the Hmong language, Dr. Lee is able to understand her Hmong patients special needs.  Her infectious personality has endeared her to patients and staff.

Ruth Barrera, N.P.  

Ruth’s calm, professional manner is a positive quality that has been benefiting patients of Dr. Fonte’s since 1996. Ruth was formerly a labor and delivery nurse for 18 years at Fresno Community Hospital. She is dedicated to providing for the obstetrical and gynelogical needs of all women.

Linda Tello Gutierrez, PA-C  

Linda joined the staff of Dr. Fonte’s office in 2002, bringing her special brand of patient care as a Physician Assistant Certified. She is bilingual Spanish, which helps put her patients at ease when answering health questions and providing assistance. She is focused on providing all women comprehensive health care.
